About This Role

The Head of Finance will provide strategic financial leadership, overseeing finance and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will bring together financial oversight, compliance, and operational execution to ensure responsible resource management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive continuous improvement in finance systems and processes
  • Ensure future-ready financial capability supports our Model of Care
  • Partner with leaders to align financial management with strategic priorities
  • Provide timely and clear reporting for responsible growth

This is a full-time position located in Northbridge office.

The successful applicant will be required to meet the following criteria:

  • CA/CPA (or equivalent with > 8 years' senior finance leadership experience)
  • Proven record of delivering timely and accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and audit within a regulatory framework
  • Demonstrated experience advising Executive teams and Boards, including preparation of strategic financial analysis and business case modelling
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting standards, internal controls, systems and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Exposure to acquittal processes for funders
  • Demonstrated experience in tendering for new business and negotiating contracts
  • Strong people-leadership capability
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
