We are a small family business doing kitchen refurbishments and cabinetry upgrades in Brisbane and Sunshine Coast. We are looking for an energetic and switched-on team player to provide PA and administrative duties to the Director and Office Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management
  • General office administrative tasks
  • Answering and returning phone calls
  • Providing admin support to team (typing / filing, copying, scanning etc)
  • Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Preparing quotes and invoices
  • Posting on social media

This role requires:

  • A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Ability to learn new programs and skills quickly and accurately
