Role Overview

Colliers Workplace Management Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced part-time candidate to fill the role of Corporate Concierge. This position is based in Canberra CBD and involves providing exceptional service to clients and occupants of our client's office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver best-in-class service to clients and occupants, ensuring every interaction is seamless and memorable.
  • Own the arrival experience, creating enjoyable and memorable interactions driven by our client's brand and culture.
  • Uphold operational excellence for workplace experiences, fostering a 'happy to help' atmosphere across all Workplace Services touch points.
  • Administer the client floor, including meeting rooms, AV facilities, break-out areas, and internal events.
  • Assist in the maintenance of the workplace to provide the best working environment and functionality for all employees.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, administration, or workplace management, specialising in customer-centric events.
  • Demonstrated customer-centric experience in business-to-business and customer-facing environments, working with a spirit of autonomy, independence, and initiative.
  • Results-oriented with effective communication skills and impeccable organisation, paying attention to detail.
  • Proficient in assessing and prioritising workload within deadline-driven environments, understanding that priorities may change.
  • Experienced discernment to recognise when a situation requires guidance or collaboration to achieve collective success.

Additional Information

This is a part-time office-based role, servicing general office operating hours on a flexible roster. We are happy to discuss the working schedule with the right candidate, balancing their lifestyle with our service deliverables and outcomes.
