About the Role
  • As a Community Mental Health Clinician, you will be responsible for providing crisis assessments and interventions to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Crisis Assessments and Interventions: Provide timely and effective crisis assessments and interventions to individuals with complex needs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless coordination of care.
  • Risk Management: Proactively monitor and respond to changes in consumer risk status.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Social Work, eligible for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) and a full Australian driver's licence.
  • Experience in community mental health, with confidence in acute and triage settings, risk assessment, and crisis intervention.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with consumers, carers, and other stakeholders.
