Mental Health Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate mental health practitioner to join our team in providing high-quality care to individuals with diverse needs.
The successful candidate will have expertise in delivering person-centred interventions, managing complex caseloads, and working collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Manage a caseload of participants, completing therapeutic processes in a timely manner.
- Undertake comprehensive clinical interviews and assessments, interpreting findings to determine and achieve goals that align with the participant's plan.
- Deliver systemic, tailored interventions, including therapeutic support and training to stakeholders.
- Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory guidelines.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current registration with the relevant professional body.
- Experience working with diverse client groups.
- Excellent time management, communication, and writing skills.
- Relevant insurance coverage, including liability and professional indemnity.
- Police clearance, working with children check, and NDIS worker screening check.
- Active Australian business number.
