About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Communications & Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis. This role will work across projects, including campaigns, and provide general support to the communications team during a busy period.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and coordinate the production and distribution of sales and marketing collateral
  • Design and implement corporate communications, including newsletters and blogs
  • Manage the intranet, content uploads, and improvements
  • Produce accessible versions of documents
  • Ensure branding consistency across all publications and online platforms
  • Coordinate campaigns around upcoming events
  • Manage events from start to finish
  • Engage with stakeholders regarding queries or requests
  • Develop EDMs and marketing collateral
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in marketing or communications
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Event coordination experience
  • High level of organisation skills and ability to prioritise
  • Current National & International Police Record Check
