Marketing & Communications Specialist

About This Role
We are seeking a Communications & Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis. This role will work across projects including campaigns as well as providing general support to the communications team during this busy period.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop corporate communications, including newsletters and blogs, to engage stakeholders and promote our organisation's brand.
- Write, edit and coordinate the development, production and distribution of sales and marketing collateral, ensuring consistency with our brand and corporate style.
- Manage the intranet, content uploads and improvements to ensure that our internal communication is effective and engaging.
- Produce and manage accessible versions of documents to meet our organisational requirements.
- Monitor the consistency of branding and corporate style in all publications, public documents and online materials.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in marketing or communications.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and promote our organisation's brand.
- Event coordination experience, with the ability to manage and coordinate events end-to-end.
- High level of organisation skills and ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
