Supportive Case Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Supportive Case Manager to join our team at a leading organisation. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping injured workers achieve safe and effective return-to-work outcomes.

About the Role:

  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders to help departments, injured workers and their managers achieve safe and effective RTW outcomes.
  • Contribute to the positive culture by providing an empathetic and proactive response while working within regulatory guidelines.
  • Support with administration, payment processing, record keeping and utilising the CRM system.
  • Assist with strategising on injury prevention methods and supporting non-work related injuries.

To Be Successful:

  • Existing experience essential - Either within RTW, Case/Senior Case Management, Injury Management.
  • Experience with the Workers Compensation Legislation.
  • Confident in building relationships with internal stakeholders, whilst experience liaising with external medical and allied health practitioners.
  • Comfortable to work autonomously yet work well as part of a team.
