Key Role: Business Continuity and IT Resilience Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Business Continuity and IT Resilience Expert. This role will play a vital part in ensuring the organization's ability to respond and recover from disruptions, maintaining business continuity and minimizing downtime.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing disaster recovery plans, coordinating regular tests, and managing IT service continuity lists in ServiceNow. You will also raise issues in the IRM SNOW tools against IT resilience controls and work closely with stakeholders to maintain and update BCP action plans and runbooks.

The ideal candidate will have experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), technical infrastructure, and ITIL best practices. They should also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and deliver high-impact results within tight timelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement disaster recovery plans
  • Coordinate regular disaster recovery tests
  • Manage IT service continuity lists in ServiceNow
  • Raise issues in the IRM SNOW tools against IT resilience controls
  • Maintain and update BCP action plans and runbooks
  • Review and update IT resilience metrics
