We are seeking an experienced Project Manager, Program Performance to join our team in Aurecon Australasia Pty Ltd. As a key member of our Water sector, you will be responsible for managing complex/strategic projects or large-scale programs to provide efficient customer-focussed capital investment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver concurrent complex and challenging water infrastructure projects from inception through to delivery and practical completion to achieve our client's overall program objectives.
- Work closely, and within our client's environment, to understand and successful deliver integrated projects by managing key relationships across a broad stakeholder group.
- Manage work programmes to ensure that they are delivered to client expectations, timeframes and specifications, including achievement of key program performance outcomes (KPI's).
- Leading financial forecasting both short term and long-term planning, ensuring the investment targets of the Capital Delivery Program are delivered.
- Provide support in the collation of data and information required to drive effective decision-making on fit for purpose delivery strategies,
- Proactively and consistently report to the Senior Project Manager, and other key stakeholders, on status, progress and completion of projects.
- Seek opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives; and where relevant, manage and deliver actions associated with these.

What We're Looking ForWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager, Program Performance who has a genuine passion for working on the delivery of major infrastructure and the ability to re-imagining problems and continuous learning to help shape the future.
You will have a solid background and experience with infrastructure projects, water infrastructure projects is ideal but not necessary. You will also have qualifications in technical discipline such as engineering, project management, construction management or similar.
We are looking for someone who is able to engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders with the ability to manage competing priorities. You will also have excellent negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
