Program Management Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HSE Program Manager to join our team at Origin Energy Services Ltd. The successful candidate will play a key role in the evolution of HSE @ Origin, driving change and delivering industry-leading HSE performance.
The HSE Program Manager will be responsible for establishing the team and foundations to deliver on strategic priorities, including the consolidation and modernization of HSE & RAC systems, and the improvement of use of 3rd party services. The role will also involve managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional teams, and advocating for change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of a compelling business case to present to the Origin Investment Committee for approval.
- Manage multiple complex company-wide projects, ensuring delivery against objectives.
- Drive engagement between the HSE function and the business, ensuring acceptance, signoff, and uptake of identified changes.
- Establish the foundations required to successfully deliver and govern all initiatives.
