Job Title: Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Manager to join our team at Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. Z O.o. in QLD, SA, and other locations.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide strategic advice and support to the director in the implementation and delivery of portfolio, programme, and project office services. This will involve ensuring that each part of the portfolio contributes to the overall achievement of the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collects, summarises, and reports on strategic insights on DTDD portfolio of projects as required to support management decisions.
  • Provides advice on better practice project management specifically around financial management, governance, pipeline management, and assurance.
  • Engages and influences senior managers to ensure the portfolio will deliver the agreed business objectives with a specific focus on financial and governance structures.
  • Coordinates the portfolio, projects, and initiatives new implementation and structure and provides advice on correction for ongoing service provision as required.
Requirements:
  • Relevant Program and/or project management qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years working in a federal government context
  • Experience in large digital transformation programs
  • Desirable attributes: Relevant financial membership/qualifications (CA-CPA), Aged Care Reform knowledge and practical application
