Senior Infrastructure Cost Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesWe seek an experienced Senior Infrastructure Estimator to join our Cost and Commercial Management Team in Brisbane. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of transport infrastructure.
- Develop first principles estimates for heavy civil, road, rail, utilities, and/or aviation projects.
- Support the preparation of estimates, cost plans, bills of quantities, and variations assessments.
- Provide probabilistic P50/P90 risk assessments to help manage project uncertainties.
- Collaborate with our wider cost management team to deliver cost planning, estimating, and commercial-based services.

- Demonstrated experience working on large-scale transport infrastructure projects.
- Strong expertise in infrastructure cost management, including the use of software applications.
- Minimum 5-8 years of post-qualified experience in a similar role.
