Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage contract management functions to ensure consistency, compliance, and value.
  • Oversee contact centre operations to deliver efficient, effective, and consumer-centric support.
What We Are Looking For:
  • An accomplished senior leader with a passion for operational excellence and consumer-centred service.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in senior leadership roles, ideally in health, not-for-profit, or government sectors.
