Job Expectations

As a Customer Field Technician with NBN Co, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our network. Your primary responsibilities will include installation, repair, and maintenance of NBN products and services, as well as providing technical support to customers.

A Bit About Your Role

As a Customer Field Technician, you will work in a fast-paced environment, often in customers' premises, and will be responsible for:

  • Installing and configuring NBN equipment and services
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults in NBN cabling networks and equipment
  • Providing technical support to customers and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Working collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
A Bit About You

We are seeking experienced candidates with a strong background in customer service and technical support. You will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A current and clean driver's license is also required.
