About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Field Technician to join our team at NBN Co. As a Customer Field Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the installation, repair, and maintenance of NBN products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cabling installation, including jointing, jumpering, and splicing
  • Customer premises installation of NBN Customer Premises Equipment (CPE)
  • Fault diagnosis and repair of NBN cabling networks and CPE
  • Working in multiple environments, including internal and external locations, to deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with experience in communication cabling or electrical backgrounds, as well as those with transferable skills. You will need to have exceptional customer service skills, honesty, and integrity, as well as be self-managed and motivated. A current and clean Driver's License is also required.
