About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Field Technician in Adelaide. As a key player in handling customer service tasks across various nbn technologies, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining nbn products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cabling installation, including jointing, jumpering, and splicing
  • Customer premises installation of nbn Customer Premises Equipment (CPE)
  • Fault diagnosis and repair of nbn cabling networks and nbn CPE
  • Working at heights and in confined spaces
Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are new to the industry and eager to embark on a rewarding career in telecommunications. If you have a background in communication cabling, electrical work, air conditioning/refrigeration, carpentry, or are skilled with power tools, we want to hear from you.

This role involves a significant amount of work at customer sites, so it's essential that you possess outstanding customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively and personably. We're seeking individuals who are self-driven and motivated, able to manage themselves effectively.
