Job Overview

As a Customer Field Technician with NBN Co, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our fibre network. This is an autonomous role where you will be responsible for installation, repair, and maintenance of nbn products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Installation of nbn Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) and cabling
  2. Fault diagnosis and repair of nbn cabling networks and nbn CPE
  3. Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction

You will work in a fast-paced environment, both internally and externally, and will be required to work between the hours of 7am to 7pm based on business needs. We encourage a flexible working environment and offer opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements

We are seeking experienced candidates with a strong background in telecommunications or electrical work, as well as those with transferable skills who are keen to explore a new career in the telco sector. You will need to have exceptional customer service skills, be self-managed and motivated, and possess a current and clean Driver's License. Strong and personable communication skills, both written and verbal, are also essential.
