About the Role

NBN Co is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Field Technician to join our team in Mildura. As a Customer Field Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the installation, repair, and maintenance of NBN products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cabling installation, including jointing, jumpering, and splicing
  • Customer premises installation of NBN Customer Premises Equipment (CPE)
  • Fault diagnosis and repair of NBN cabling networks and NBN CPE
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role or transferable skills from a communication cabling or electrical background
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work in a customer-facing environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • A current and clean Driver's License
