Role Overview

This is an opportunity to be part of a high-performing team that contributes to delivering on the organization's purpose, vision and strategic priorities. As a key member, you will play a leading role in providing direction and management to a team of product owners across a program aimed at enhancing data and user interfaces.

Some knowledge of data products will be beneficial for this role, which involves collaboration with various teams and partners to deliver quality products. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in managing large transformation programs, and a background in IT, business or communications.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage product owners across the program
  • Deliver outcomes by leveraging people, technology, data, law and policy
  • Modernise registers, data, and user interfaces based on organisational standards
  • Prioritise delivery of features based on user needs and feasibility
  • Represent user data needs to ensure consumer-focused product design
  • Enhance UX using data insights to drive engagement and measurable impact
  • Collaborate with teams and partners to deliver quality products
  • Provide guidance on UX, UI, and accessibility design
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organisational standards
Qualifications & Experience
  • Tertiary qualifications and/or experience leading transformation programs
  • Background in IT, Business, or Communications with product and change management expertise
  • Proven delivery of complex programs with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of the organisation's strategy and operating model
  • Skilled in leveraging the organisation's infrastructure to improve processes
  • Effective influencer across all organisational levels
  • Able to bridge business needs and technology constraints
  • Strong decision-making in high-pressure environments
  • Balanced focus on business and IT strategy, automation, and service delivery
  • Experience in managing people, process, and behavioural change initiatives
