Job Opportunity: Assistant State Performance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in Hobart, Tasmania as an Assistant State Performance Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist the State Performance Manager with sales and operational tasks and duties.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of company sales initiatives and programs.
  • Create a high-performance culture within the team by promoting integrity, service, and excellence.
  • Conduct regular club visits to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide strategic recommendations.

  • Prior experience in people and retail management.
