**The opportunity**:
Our team in Tasmania has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant State Performance Manager to join the team on a Full-Time basis.
The Assistant State Performance Manager is responsible for assisting the State Performance Manager with sales/ operational tasks and duties. The Assistant State Manager is responsible for accomplishing club and regional targets by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes.
**Key duties and responsibilities**:

- Understand, implement and support company sales initiatives and programs;
- Create a culture of integrity, service and high performance within the MSR team;
- Complete a minimum of 10 documented club visits per week.
- Fill-in and assist with Membership Services Representative duties and shifts when required;
- Understand and utilise the membership, sales and debiting systems;
- Comply with and promote WHS policies and procedures and ensure all hazards and incidents are logged;
- Recruit, onboard and induct new MSRs.
- Achieve monthly joiner, net member movement and lead generation targets;
- Identify areas of improvement for each club and complete training and coaching with MSRs every visit;
- Complete sales scripting appraisals with MSRs every club visit;
- Complete and execute local area marketing plans with clubs

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Proven sales skills with a proven ability to hit KPI's and commercial targets
- Exceptional communication and people influencing skills
- Ability to manage commercial operations and oversee club promotions
- Exceptional stakeholder manager skills
- Excellent customer service capability
- Ability to motivate others and help them to succeed
