Business Analysis Role

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in our ERP Replacement Program team.

You will bring experience and passion in the field of business analysis, with a proactive mindset toward achieving high-quality business solution outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align with ERP strategy, identify and analyse areas for improvement in business systems, processes, workflows, and customer service.
  • Generate clear, detailed project scoping and design documentation for technical specialists to build appropriate business solutions.
  • Consult effectively with stakeholders to ensure their requirements are accurately captured and reflected in test scenarios.
  • Liaise with technical resources to monitor technical developments and ensure that key development milestones are met.
  • Ensure all developments are consistent with legislative and professional standards, maintaining data integrity and security at all times.
Requirements
  • Experience in business analysis with a focus on process improvement and change management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
