Role Overview

This is a hands-on role that combines business analysis, process improvement, and system optimisation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure core technology platforms are fully leveraged.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end business analysis across functional domains; facilitate workshops, document requirements, and optimise processes for efficiency and customer experience.
  • Configure and maintain ERP and enterprise systems; provide end-user support; work with vendors and IT teams to resolve system issues.
  • Lead small to medium-sized projects; coordinate testing, training, and change management activities; deliver clear documentation.
  • Provide coaching to junior analysts; share best practices in analysis and system use; support capability development within the team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design reports and dashboards; generate insights using ERP, Data Warehouse, and CRM data to support decision-making.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of business analysis experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Strong background in retail, buying & planning, supply chain, and/or finance.
  • Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite, SAP, D365).
  • Skilled in process mapping, stakeholder management, and translating business needs into technical requirements.
