Job Title:

Digital Transformation Leader


About the Role

This is a leadership position that requires a deep understanding of business requirements and technical capabilities.

You will play a crucial role in guiding our clients through their digital transformation journey, working closely with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize functional solutions that meet their needs.

Your key responsibilities include interacting with business users and stakeholders to understand their requirements, creating detailed functional designs to address business, interface, and performance requirements, configuring product based on client requirements, conducting end-user training sessions, and providing tailored demonstrations of the technology solution.

Serving as the primary point of contact throughout all project phases is also essential for success in this role.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have experience as a functional lead on end-to-end implementations, hands-on experience in D365 CRM product configurations, and a good understanding of Dynamics 365 security model.
