
Executive Kitchen Manager

Do you have a passion for food and a flair for leadership? We are seeking an experienced Culinary Team Lead to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team.
As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, and leading by example. Your expertise and guidance will help drive our culinary vision forward.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee kitchen operations before, during, and after service
- Expedite food items, maintain high standards of quality and presentation
- Direct and motivate kitchen staff to achieve optimal performance
- Select, train, and evaluate employees to ensure cultural and core standards are met
- Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and inventory management
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years' experience in a fine dining kitchen, including 2 years in a leadership position
- Completion of chef training diploma (preferred)
- Ontario Food Handlers Certification (required)
- Red Seal Certification (preferred)
