We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oncology Nursing Specialist to join our Cancer Services team.

This permanent full-time role offers a range of challenges and opportunities for professional growth, development, and leadership in cancer care.

About the Role:
  • Lead practice development and policy implementation in cancer care, providing expert advice to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Deliver specialised nursing care and support to patients and families throughout their cancer journey, coordinating patient and carer education.
  • Engage in education and research activities to advance cancer care, contributing to multidisciplinary care planning and attending MDT meetings.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with current Authority to Practice (AHPRA)
  • Minimum 5 years full-time equivalent post-registration experience, including at least 3 years in cancer care
  • Postgraduate qualification in oncology nursing (minimum Graduate Certificate/Diploma), or working towards a Master's degree
  • Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge and leadership in cancer care, with a strong focus on evidence-based practices
