The Role: We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Specialist to deliver financial and procurement administrative services. This role involves maintaining sound financial and procurement controls and governance in line with organisational policies.

The Key Responsibilities of the Role Include:
- Establishing and governing enterprise data governance implementation roadmaps
- Providing financial investigation assistance to managers and budget owners
- Completing month-end finance processes including contract labour accruals and charge-outs
- Managing pre-payment schedules for software licensing and maintenance agreements
- Monitoring and tracking Service Futures overhead accounts
- Reporting expenditure against budget and providing high-level trend analysis
- Completing account health checks and reconciling end-of-year data
- Administering overseas payments and managing Purchase Orders
- Maintaining sound financial controls and governance
