Job Title: Financial Services Specialist
About the Role:
As a Financial Services Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional financial support and advice to meet the day-to-day financial requirements of our business stakeholders. You will be part of an agile, collaborative and high-performing team.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Transaction Support: Providing professional customer service to internal stakeholders requiring transactional support and advice within pre-determined service standards.
- Financial Record Management: Making decisions concerning clients regarding their day-to-day transactions and other financial records management, providing accurate, up-to-date and comprehensive information or referral.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Supporting the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including but not limited to the creation of new suppliers/debtors, raising invoices, student payments and refunds.
- Journals and Accruals: Preparing and uploading of journals and accruals with appropriate records retained for ledger integrity and month-end requirements.
Working Collaboratively: Working proactively as part of a team and sharing work and responsibilities with fellow Financial Services Specialists to ensure requests are addressed within appropriate deadlines.
