Financial Services Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Financial Services Specialist to join our team. This exciting opportunity will involve working in a dynamic environment, managing financial applications, ensuring legal compliance, and maximizing finance opportunities for customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with sales teams to provide F&I support and handle escalated cases.
- Liaising with credit analysts to meet application requirements and improve approval outcomes.
- Ensuring accuracy in finance submissions, logs, and forecasting.
- Selling bundled products like service plans and ensuring proper inclusion in contracts.
- Managing end-to-end commercial applications and supporting business development centre customers.
- Following up on cash deals to maximize F&I opportunities.
- Adhering to compliance standards, including regulatory requirements and privacy provisions.
The successful applicant will have the following attributes:
- Previous experience in financial services.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent multitasking, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
- Confidence with Microsoft Office and digital platforms.
- A customer-focused approach with the ability to adapt to diverse needs.
- Accreditation by relevant financiers.
- Previous exposure to the automotive industry, specifically in F&I - desirable.
