Job Summary:
Contact Centre Optimisation Specialists play a vital role in driving efficiency and productivity within contact centres.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the establishment and adoption of new core practices at the IT service desk.
- Take IT service desk employees on an optimisation journey, embedding metrics and practices such as Workforce Management using the latest call centre technology.
- Foster a collaborative working environment and engage with key business stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
- Drive change and ensure seamless transformation.
About this Opportunity:
This is a fantastic part-time opportunity that allows for hybrid working (2 days per week).
