About This Role

We're seeking an experienced Account Executive to lead the charge in transforming contact centre experiences across Australia. As a sales professional, you will focus on driving adoption of Service Cloud Voice, working closely with stakeholders across public sector organisations. Your goal will be to help them implement modern solutions like Digital Self-Service and AI, reducing operational costs and enhancing customer experiences.

  • Drive contact centre transformation through consultative and value-based sales approaches.
  • Manage complex sales cycles from prospecting to close, using a consultative approach.
  • Partner with Solution Engineers and Customer Success teams to co-create tailored service solutions.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers across local, state, and federal government.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, particularly how AI and automation are reshaping customer service and agent enablement.
Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A proven track record as an Account Executive or similar sales role in SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • A deep understanding of the contact centre environment, including emerging trends in voice, digital channels, agent enablement, and AI.
  • The ability to influence and educate both internally and externally as a subject matter expert in customer service transformation.
  • Experience selling into the public sector and/or strong knowledge of government processes and buying cycles.
  • A demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration with solution engineers, product teams, and customer success.
