This role will drive strategic initiatives within the Technology team, enhancing operational efficiency, improving customer experience, and supporting business growth across the hospitality and property sectors.

About the Role

This Senior Business Analyst will conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement. They will develop outcome-based prioritized business requirements, process workflows, end-to-end user journey mapping, use cases, and functional specifications.

The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goals. They will utilize data visualization tools to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

This role requires a strong background in technology and data projects, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.

About You:
  • Extensive experience in business analysis within the property or real estate sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget as a lean delivery lead.
  • Strong background in technology and data projects.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Good documentation skills and experience in user support and change management tasks of a technical nature.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile) and tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, MS Dynamics).
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annumBenefits:
