Human Resources Advisor

  • The Human Resources Advisor will be responsible for providing expert advice and support across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner AU/NZ, you will have the opportunity to develop a true generalist competence in ensuring a seamless employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide responsive and sound advice to managers on employee relation matters.
  • Lead investigations and assist with the resolution of human resources issues.
  • Facilitate business activities including employee performance reviews, award increases, culture surveys, and workplace health and safety audits.
  • Support the implementation of the HR strategic plan and contribute to projects.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes and activities.

  • Provide ad hoc team support as needed.
  • Deliver training and presentations within the operations teams.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Commerce or Business.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a HR position demonstrating ability to take the next step in your HR career.
  • Experienced understanding of the Fair Work Act (AU), Employee Relations Act (NZ) and applicable legislation.
  • Skilled at addressing employee matters pragmatically and professionally.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships of trust with key stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility with AU and NZ travel.
