Key Role Summary

This key role is responsible for providing expert guidance and support in HR generalist functions, leveraging tertiary qualifications in Human Resources.

The successful candidate will lead the resolution of disputes, grievances, disciplinary actions, and other industrial matters. Additionally, they will manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, provide accurate and timely advice on employee relations issues, business realignments, workforce planning, performance management, discipline, grievances, and dispute resolution.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
  • Proven experience in HR generalist roles within an award-based environment
  • Strong knowledge of award interpretation and relevant legislation

This contract is set to commence immediately and is expected to last 6 months. The role is a critical position within the organization, requiring a skilled professional with a deep understanding of HR principles and practices.
