Job Title: Senior HR Advisor

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Senior HR Advisor.

This role is responsible for providing expert HR advice across various areas including staffing, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, awards, and enterprise agreements to managers.
  • Lead and contribute to HR projects, programs, and initiatives.
  • Assist with workplace health and safety matters in collaboration with the WHS Business Partner.

The ideal candidate will have relevant HR qualifications, proven experience in a generalist HR role, strong customer service and communication skills, and experience in reporting, data analysis, and interpreting EBAs/Awards.
