Job Title: Home Healthcare Professional

 

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Healthcare Professional to join our team. As a valued member of our nursing staff, you will provide high-quality medical care to vulnerable individuals in the comfort of their own homes.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive care plans tailored to each client's assessed needs.
  • Monitor chronic and palliative conditions, providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Assess and manage wounds, ensuring timely and effective treatment.
  • Support clients with continence devices and attend to dressing changes as required.
  • Offer holistic care, encompassing social, emotional, and spiritual support.

 

Requirements:
  • Unrestricted AHPRA Registration with a minimum of 2 years' practice experience.
  • Relevant experience in Aged Care and Community Home Care customer service skills desirable.
  • Current First Aid Certificate and current CPR certification.
  • Right to work in Australia.
