About the RoleAs a Customer Service Agent, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by safely navigating your local neighbourhoods to deliver customer orders to their homes during the day or night.
- You will have a commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
- An Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and a safe driving record are essential, as you will need to undergo both a police history check and driving history check.
- You will require confidence to safely drive and navigate through busy streets, suburban roads, and/or regional areas.
- Physical activity is also required, as you will be on your feet, lifting, and carrying groceries from the van to your delivery points.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- The ability to work flexible hours across our store trading days, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- A commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful workplace.
