Job Description

We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Platform Specialist to join our Business Improvement and Technology team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the ServiceNow platform to ensure seamless performance and usability. This role requires strong technical skills and excellent collaboration abilities to work with technology teams and business units.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define, onboard, integrate, and improve overall ServiceNow platform and ITSM processes
  • Analyze business process and system process related issues and manage resolution of incidents and problems related to the ServiceNow system
