**The Team**

We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Process Automation Analyst (ServiceNow) to support our Automation team where you will be a valued contributor in ensuring the firm's service management and automation platforms is administered and expanded to support various business functions. This role is open to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Adelaide with flexible working arrangements available.

**Your Role**

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

- Primarily administer the ServiceNow platform
- Learn and assist in other automation platforms such as RPA
- Configure the ServiceNow Platform as per stakeholder requirements
- JavaScript, HTML, ServiceNow Script Editor & Angular JS skills desirable
- Understanding on implementing and troubleshooting ServiceNow Discovery and Service mapping

**More About You**

We welcome applicants who possess:

- Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience as ServiceNow administrator
- Expertise with Configuration/Customization in ServiceNow system including workflows and Custom UI's.
- Demonstrated ServiceNow administration and support functions - upgrades, patching, plugins and feature enhancements;
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator is highly desirable;
- Understanding of other automation technologies such as RPA or BPM is desirable
- Experience working within an agile delivery environment (Scrum);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to deal with various stakeholders at all organisational levels;
- Experience customising Service Management tools such as ServiceNow, or BMC Remedy, or HP Service Manager.
