Job Overview

Businesses are looking for experts who can efficiently manage IT services and automate processes using ServiceNow. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs. Your primary goal will be to deliver high-quality solutions that drive business process automation and improve efficiency across various functions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the full ServiceNow implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing and deployment.
  • Design and configure ServiceNow modules such as ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change Management), ITOM, HRSD and others based on business requirements.
  • Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP and other relevant technologies.
  • Implement workflows, business rules and automation to streamline processes and improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders and other ServiceNow professionals to align solutions with organisational goals.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, configurations and solutions, ensuring best practices and ITIL frameworks are followed.
  • Assist with upgrades, patches and new releases to ensure platform stability and enhancement of functionality.
  • Provide training and support to end users and junior team members as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in working with ServiceNow (Developer, Consultant or Administrator roles).
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change and Knowledge Management.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow modules like HRSD, ITOM, Virtual Agent, Application Portfolio Management (APM) and others.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (e.g., Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions and etc.).
  • Experience in developing ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, Web Services and other integration techniques.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL best practices.
  • Experience in working with Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD and etc.).
  • Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Performance Analytics, Orchestration and Security Incident Response.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
