About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled HR systems administrator to provide exceptional service and support to our stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting queries, ensuring seamless system functionality, and delivering high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day administration of the HR help system.
- Be the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to HR systems.
- Track, monitor, and resolve inquiries/requests regarding HR in a quality and timely manner.
- Foster positive relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Play a vital role in the ongoing success and evolution of the HR technology landscape.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- A positive and engaging style where you put people first in everything you do.
- Previous experience as an HR Administration/Systems Assistant or similar role with exposure to operational responsibilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems administration and workflows.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills in order to prioritise task appropriately.
- An outcome focused attitude and a consistent commitment to ongoing process improvement.
- Knowledge of data privacy and security principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
