About the Role

The Client Relationship Coordinator is a vital position at 3Bridges Community, responsible for providing exceptional support to clients and their families. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the needs and preferences of our diverse client base, including health, mobility, and social requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offering Seamless Experience: Ensuring current clients receive a seamless experience within our organisation by accessing one or multiple services.
  • Understanding Specific Needs: Developing a deep understanding of unique client needs and preferences.
  • Personalised Communication: Maintaining regular, empathetic communication with clients and their families to build trust and understand concerns and expectations.
  • Issue Resolution: Addressing and resolving issues and concerns about care quality, staff interactions, facility amenities or other matters of care and service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Health, Social Work, Community or similar (Desirable)
  • Demonstrated experience in Aged Care, Disability or Community Care sector
  • Demonstrated ability to create and maintain client relationships in similar roles.
  • Ability to fluently speak a second language such as Cantonese and other languages (Desirable)

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary package of $70,000 - $85,000 depending on skills and experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development within our organisation.
