About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Edensor Gardens in Fairfield Area. As a Senior Aged Care Nurse Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring the total care of our residents, including planning, assessment, and delivery of care tailored to their individual needs.

You will promote their independence and focus on creating a welcoming, calm atmosphere. In this role, you'll be supported by our Director of Care, Clinical Care Coordinators, and Facility Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • 1-2 years Registered Nursing experience in Aged Care is preferable
  • A strong understanding of the 8 new quality standards in aged care
  • A passion for delivering quality care in aged care
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Motivated with an ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Good administration / documentation skills
  • Hard working, flexible, and available to cover shifts
  • Strong values of Empathy, Honesty, Respect, and Loyalty
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.

All applicants must be willing to provide a valid police check and undergo a pre-employment medical & drug test. The successful candidate will be required to have a flu vaccination and Covid-19 Vaccination in line with government direction.
