Job Summary:
We seek an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will partner with business units to provide advice on human resource functions, coordinate recruitment activities, and develop People Strategy and Policy.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide consultancy services to business units across human resources functions
- Coordinate recruitment activities aligned with our People Strategy
- Develop and implement HR practice and policy, projects, and initiatives
- Resolve operational problems and issues
- Undertake research and analysis, and write comprehensive reports and documents
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in HR business partnering
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
