Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a systems-focused payroll and HRIS role.

  • This position involves supporting payroll operations, driving data accuracy, and implementing system improvements.
About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has mastered end-to-end payroll and is ready to grow into a HRIS systems role. You will be responsible for:

  • Processing end-to-end payroll and acting as a backup during pay runs.
  • Maintaining HRIS transactions and ensuring data accuracy across systems.
  • Monitoring system interfaces and ensuring employee records are complete and consistent.
  • Preparing and reviewing leave accrual reports and assisting with adjustments.
  • Compiling and delivering scheduled and ad hoc people reports.
  • Supporting the payroll team with month-end and year-end activities.
  • Assisting with onboarding, new starter processing, and compliance checks.
  • Participating in system enhancement testing and updates.
  • Ensuring legislative compliance and contributing to a safe working environment.
Your Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong end-to-end payroll experience with a strong understanding of payroll awards and agreements.
  • An interest in systems, data analysis, and process improvement.
  • Experience with ADP Payforce, Kronos, and/or Oracle (preferred).
  • A curious, logical thinker who understands the "why" behind processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality.
  • An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
