Job Title: Warehouse Support

This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking growth and stability in logistics management.

  • Prepare daily reports, assist with package tracking and processing, and handle incoming and outgoing packages.
  • Work closely with Drivers and Delivery Partners to coordinate loadout and resolve any delivery issues quickly.
  • Partner with Supervisors and team members to maintain smooth operations across the delivery centre.
  • Assist with truck loading and unloading, ensuring packages are sorted and ready on time.
  • Support the sortation team during peak times to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records through data entry and escalate any issues or special cases to Supervisors as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in a warehouse position and in transportation logistics.
  • Strong customer service and solutions-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to lift up to 25kgs.
