**Your Next Opportunity**

Fuso Port Melbourne are seeking an organised and enthusiastic Pre-Delivery Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy and traceability in the order to delivery process of new vehicle builds, managing third party body builders and other suppliers to ensure the overall success of the order delivery, and providing hands on support to our Service and Sales team.

**About The Role**
- Managing the purchase orders for new vehicle build ups and distribution to suppliers.
- Coordinating pickup and drop offs for vehicles at the relevant body builder with drivers or subcontractors.
- Managing the ETAs of vehicles and cascading to the relevant sales department members.
- Scheduling in vehicles for PD with the workshop and closing out internal invoices.
- Manage vehicle registrations
- Ad hoc reporting and administration duties

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience in a Pre-Delivery or Sales Coordinator role is preferred
- Ability to oversee multiple tasks/ projects
- Good Excel and technological skills
