Design Coordination Specialist

Deliver high-profile data centre projects across Australia and overseas. As a key team member, you will support the Senior Design Manager and coordinate teams to track progress and ensure seamless delivery.

  • Coordinate design teams and track deliverables.
  • Manage project tools and documentation systems.
  • Organise meetings, workshops, and site visits.
  • Liaise with commercial teams and contribute to QA processes.
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in Engineering or Architecture (Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services preferred).
  • Understand construction design processes and building systems.
  • Have strong MS Office skills and attention to detail.
  • Be able to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across teams.
  • Be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
