Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile professional to join our front desk team.

This role is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, assisting guests with their arrival and departure experience.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel setting, and be able to work independently with a positive and professional attitude.

Key responsibilities include providing exceptional service to guests, making check-in and check-out processes smooth, maintaining guest confidentiality, and ensuring the security of guests and their possessions.

Other duties include communicating effectively with other departments, participating in training programs, and assisting with valet parking as required.

Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel environment
  • Energetic, team-focused, and can-do attitude
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in a dynamic environment
  • Enthusiasm to connect with guests and hear their story
  • Ability to provide prompt and efficient service, including building rapport both in person and over the phone
  • Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude
  • Knowledge of relevant systems is a bonus
  • Current Australian Drivers Licence
